While it’s important to start right in on the cuddling and training needed by a new kitten, it’s also crucial to get a head start on your kitten’s health. You want to make sure your new friend gets off on the right foot, and this means scheduling your kitten’s first veterinary visit. Depending on your new kitten’s age and expected lifestyle, there are a lot of different things you can expect from your veterinarian. This week at Abbotsford has been a crazy one. Every day we have had pets come in either on the verge of crashing or having just crashed. These sad cases are exceptionally challenging for many reasons. To begin with, everything is a panic. Life is being clung to by a thread. Decisions, often costly, need to be made now with no time for consideration. Time is spent trying to reach spouses or parents to discuss options all the while, precious moments slip by and life fades in front of our eyes. Sometimes the outcomes are good, many times they are not. One of the concepts that we struggle with as health care providers is, “Why did they wait so long to come in?”
Abbotsford Animal Hospital is pleased to announce that we are now listed as one of the Top 3 Veterinary clinics in Aurora, ON by Three Best Rated® . Three Best Rated® review team either approved or updated our business listing using their 50-Point Inspection which includes everything from checking reputation, history, complaints, ratings, satisfaction, trust and cost to general excellence.
