Dr. Lisa Herron joined the team at Abbotsford Animal Hospital in January 2023.  Lisa is a 2013 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph.  She has had a diverse career as a veterinarian, including small animal practice, equine practice, and laboratory animal medicine. Her clinical interests include wellness and preventative care, dermatology, internal medicine, and pain management.

Lisa lives in Durham region with her husband and two young sons; their four-legged family members are Bauer the beagle, and Ruby, the little grey domestic shorthair.  She loves chasing her boys around, spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking, walking the local trails with the family, and running (but only when the weather is nice!). 

Lisa greatly looks forward to meeting and caring for the people and pets of Abbotsford!
