Annette has several roles at Abbotsford Animal Hospital: she serves as the Lead Registered Veterinary Technician, is certified in Human-Animal Bond, and is also a Certified Canine Massage Therapist. Her achievements extend beyond her clinical roles; in 2016, she received the prestigious Petplan Vet Tech of the Year Award for North America, marking her as the first Canadian to achieve this honor. Her dedication and expertise exemplify her commitment to animal care and welfare.

She has been an integral part of Abbotsford Animal Hospital since the fall of 2000. She completed her Honours Science Bachelor's degree at the University of Waterloo and subsequently graduated as a Registered Veterinary Technician from Seneca College in 2002. Her education and years of experience make her a valuable asset to the hospital's team.

Annette is an individual with a deep passion for her work and a genuine connection to both her clients and their pets. Her ability to maintain a calming influence in stressful situations and handle difficult circumstances with empathy speaks volumes about her dedication and professionalism in veterinary care.
