Elizabeth Westover

As Hospital Manager, I’m passionate about supporting teams, creating positive and efficient work environments, and helping deliver exceptional care to the patients and families we serve.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to build strong teams, improve processes, and foster workplace cultures where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. I’m looking forward to building meaningful relationships with our team and community while bringing my passion for operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement to the hospital.

Receiving the Honorary OAVT Award in 2018–2019 was a particularly meaningful recognition and one that reinforced my connection to and passion for the veterinary profession. I’m incredibly grateful to be back in an industry I love, where I can use my experience and passion to make a meaningful difference for our team, our patients, and the families who trust us with their care.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time on the water, exploring the outdoors, or making memories with family and friends. I’m happiest when I’m outside, discovering new adventures and enjoying time with the people—and pets—who matter most.

My constant companion is Herbert, my 7-year-old Golden Retriever. Herbert is a resilient, happy-go-lucky guy who doesn’t let being a three-legged dog slow him down! Whether we’re exploring the outdoors, relaxing by the water, or simply enjoying everyday adventures together, he’s always by my side and continually reminds me to embrace every moment.

I’m so excited to be part of the team and look forward to getting to know our clients, their pets, and our wonderful veterinary community!
